Ive lived here 2 years and it’s been excellent. Maintenance is prompt in dealing with issues. Management is friendly and courteous. The apartment is spacious and easy to live in. It feels very private living here and I don’t hear my neighbors through the walls at all. The clubhouse and pool area are my favorite part! I reserved the movie theater for my daughter’s birthday at no charge. No complaints this entire time. You won’t find a better apartment in this area.

Our move in experience was less than great. Apt smelled of dog urine when we moved in, due to scheduling we had to go ahead and move in prior to the issue being fixed properly (new carpet). They attempted to shampoo the carpet to no avail and no surprise considering how saturated the carpet was with urine. Then upon move out the management charged us for rent during month we weren't there. Hopefully they fixed the carpet during that month before they moved anyone else into that apt. I would ...

Move around for work and ended up breaking my lease early. What was explained to me in the office and what happened were 2 completely different things. Paid a 3mo rent termination fee, lost my deposit because I was moving out early and still had to pay for 1.5 months of rent in which I wasn't living at the property. Unfortunate since I had such a great experience before that. So don't move here if you move around for work.

In our lease agreement that is signed prior to move-in and at your renewal, our lease termination process is provided. We do require a 60-day notice to vacate, and we unfortunately only received a a 25-day notice. We also offer a transfer option, where you could have transferred to another one of our communities that was closer to your employer in the city. We moved into Nantucket apartments in August 2016. Both of us work in corporations and previously lived in Europe. Our company hired a person to drive us around the area to look for apartments. This is a true story, my better half insisted on checking all of our options, so after touring 13 apartment complexes, I must say Nantucket apartments has the best floor plans, amenities, neighbors and staff. When we decided to move to Cincinnati, we did a lot of research and reading of reviews. We visited 8 different apartment complexes in the same day. Nantucket was our first stop and none could measure up the rest of the day. The amenities at Nantucket are second to none in the area. The pool area makes you feel like you're on vacation. The gym is by far the best gym I've seen at a residence. The staff is pleasant and the leasing office is open 7 days per week. Nantucket has a community event at ...
least once per month and they always include free food and drinks. There is often entertainment and chances to win prizes. Nantucket has a wide range of residents. My husband and I are professionals in our mid to late twenties, and I'd say there's a good amount of people like us, but there are also many families and kids, as well as retirees. The apartments themselves are very nice and have unique layouts. We are in a townhouse and we love it. I really like the carpet. The few times we've needed maintenance, they've been very prompt and effective. We just resigned our lease for our second year and we don't plan on leaving any time soon!

At 33 years old, I find myself living alone for the first time in my life. I am pretty picky and research most of my purchases thoroughly. I researched a number of other locations in the area, but eventually decided upon Nantucket Apartments in July, 2015. I have not regretted that decision one bit.
I have two children and the Kings School district is one of the best in Ohio. This was a major factor in deciding upon an area to live. I can say both of my children love their new schools.

typically within a thirty minute drive to everything Cincinnati has to offer. Daily shopping, entertainment, and parks are even closer. I can pickup a much needed gallon of milk in less than ten minutes round-trip. I can walk to pick up a pizza in five minutes.
The facilities at Nantucket are excellent. The buildings are well constructed and I have never heard a neighbor blasting their stereo. Maintenance is always working to keep the property in top condition. When the jets in the hot tub failed, they were fixed within a couple days.
The office staff have been extremely courteous. They plan regular community events and are always smiling when they say hello.
I am sure I made the right decision on selecting Nantucked as my home. I am reassured when my children also confirm their approval!

This is the first year I have lived here and I love it! There is always something going on so neighbors can meet each other. They just added a fire pit, bar, and patio furniture to the pool area. It's a great place to entertain guests. My apartment is also right next to the clubhouse and so it is very easy to go over and use the gym and movie theater. My kids also love it here. My son loves catching frogs and fish in the lake.

I moved into Nantuckett in February during the winter and the staff was so helpful! The apartments are always kept in immaculate conditions especially the grounds. There are socials once a month from a Reds game opener party to a wine and cheese night. If your looking for a great place to live in Loveland Ohio then Nantuckett is the place for you!

The apartment is spacious and pretty. I love the design, but a few appliances could be updated (i.e. dishwasher and stove). The patio is great and has a lovely view of the pond. The amenities at this complex are out of this world. Gym, huge pool, and a theater! They host a lot of fun activities for the residents. Maintenance is fast and effectice. Overall, it's a great place to live!
