Not bad for apartment living. I've lived in worse and lived in much better. Location is excellent, close to all major highways. Quite neighborhood except for the HOA group who runs the place from afar. Only one way into apartment and one way out. No door on back screened in patio. Can't use grills or use porch for storage. Limited storage in apartment.

Nothing works other than the stove & a/c! But, the rent hasn't either! I'm not being dramatic, but when u have nothing that works & still pay $1000 mth u need to have a sense of humor & still feel better than the guy w/no shoes! ..Ps- pets come w/the apt, if u like 6-8 legs! :)

The owner is amazing! The apartment is clean but needs updated. The complex I live in is cery strict to a point we have to give our name and apartment number every time we use the pool. It has a gym but no access to it.

The 300 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments feature an open layout with rooms that flow comfortably from one to another and onto screened patios with tropical and lakefront views. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness/aerobic center, lighted tennis and full-size basketball ...

courts, children's playground, picnic gazebo, and billiard room. Walking along the well-kept, landscaped pathways you experience the healing rhythms and sounds of nature from the songbirds, herons, and Everglades wildlife which inhabit the small, grassy islands dotting the lake. The property is meticulously maintained by a delightful and incredibly helpful staff. Families and adults of all ages (and their pets!) enjoy the congenial beauty of this unique community, which is located in an A school district. On a scale of 1 to 10, this place deserves an 11!

I recently moved into Napoli Gardens with my young daughter and I am so happy with the living conditions here so far!! The association keeps the place BEAUTIFUL with cut grass and no trash throughout the community. I feel safe during weekends because there is a security guard on staff. The layout of the apartment is just beautiful, offering a spcacious clean two bedroom two bathroom. I hope to continuing living here even after the lease is up!
