Great location in recently renovated building
September 1, 2015Doorman, elevator, laundry on site, common accessible roof deck. This building's lobby and hallways were recently renovated and look very nice. There is always a very friendly doorman on staff. The location is great - the East River is very close, the M23 crosstown bus stops right out front. The roof is a great amenity, with great views of downtown/Brooklyn, lots of space and chairs/small tables. It's a 17-story building with 2 elevators. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and anything else you ...need are within a short walking distance. I'd highly recommend living here if it's available.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
