The walls are thick and the apartments are clean. I've lived here for two years and have had very little to complain about. The building management is pretty easy to get in touch with. The super is quick to respond and does great work. The location is fantastic. It's super quick to get to Farmington and West Hartford and have easy access to 84 and route 9 without the noise and traffic of living in a busy area. Although the fire house across the street can be a bit loud when the trucks are coming ...

and going. Stanley park is right across the street, so it feels like you have a huge backyard. Overall a great place to live and I look forward to renewing for another year.

I’ve been living here for almost 4 years now and I can honestly say it’s been great. It’s quiet. Plenty of parking. Secure. It’s close to the highway. Shopping. 2 parks with plenty to do. The apartment complex is quiet, there's ample parking, the washing machines in the basement work really well, and most importantly, it's quiet & safe. I have been living here for 2 years (4th floor - thankfully with no one above me) and it has been perfectly acceptable. The apartment complex is quiet with ample parking for everyone & their guests. Where I dock this place is the issue with not being able to place an AC unit in your bedroom because of the vertical windows. The apartments (I live in a 1 bedroom) only have an AC unit in the living room and many times during the summer months I find myself sleeping in the living room. It is truly ...

unbearable. Maybe on the lower floors it's better but if you don't deal well with the heat I would tell you to maybe look for another spot. Another issue is that the water goes from hot to absolutely SCALDING often. This is a huge issue and if I was bathing my kid in here I would be petrified. I mean scalding to the point where if you stand under it for more than 2 seconds it would burn you, hot. Just be aware. The hallways resemble those of your grandma's home, but don't bother me since my apt is just fine. The kitchen is also quite small with very little countertop space. Otherwise it's nice to have heat & hot water included.
