Amazing place to live

Ariana is an excellent apartment manager. I have had nothing but a positive experience with her I’m charge of this building . Since this building is old it can be difficult to be upkept but she keeps this place up to a high standard. The building is beautiful with many old Tacoma features. Nothing but positive things to say about living here- thanks to Ariana .

This building is pretty old but it is well kept with a fresh coat of paint that has a welcoming feeling even just from the street. There's five parking spots in the back alley and always plenty of street parking. You get a front and back door entrance to your apartment which is helpful but the bathroom is very small but has plenty of storage. Apartments view commencement bay and stadium high school and is extremely close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The hardwood floors aren't in ...

I love this building! I'm giving it 4 stars though because I wish the kitchen was bigger with shelves that don't go to the ceiling seeing as how I'm 5'5" and the ceiling in the apartment is a lot higher than average. More storage place would be nice but for the all original hardwood floors and large windows facing commencement bay I can't really complain.
