The building super-intendant, Candyse, quickly responds to any communication. Out apartment was fully renovated and in excellent condition upon move-in. Any maintenance staff we have needed knew exactly what they were doing and took care of issues right away. The building itself is clean and well kept. My paperwork was processed fast and I was able to move in a couple of days after submitting everything. Newcastle Towers is a nice place to live. Everyone is friendly. My unit is newly remodeled and modern-looking. I love living here so far! It's close to a lot of good restaurants, stores, and the freeway. Only downside is the street parking.

The manager Candyse is really great, she helped with the application process and we were able to move in very quickly. She is always available when we need something. She goes out of her way to make sure that when things need attention in our apartment they are taken care of right away.

July 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI don’t usually write reviews but these pictures just don’t do the renovated apartments any justice. They offer a nice neutral grey taupe color that goes with everything if you want your apartment to be painted and with the flooring and recessed lighting it really is much better than most of the old rentals in the area. Although the flooring is vinyl and not even laminate. Cheap, but looks lighter than all that heavy carpet they use in the bedrooms. They have also redone the kitchen and ...bathroom countertops, which look really nice. The grounds look beautiful. Like a tropical oasis. The pool is so great to help with the summer heat. I’ve lived here for a few years and I have to give the apartment manager, Jeremiah, so much credit. He really is wonderful and goes out of his way to do things for tenants at all hours of the day even when the tenant could have done it themselves. He actually cares so much about us and goes above and beyond to make us feel we are safe and happy. And I’ve witnessed how much some of these tenants like to complain here. I don’t know how he does it but if it weren’t for him I don’t think I’d still be here and I know many other tenants feel the same way, especially since I’ve heard the owner has hired terrible managers in the past! All in all, I’m pretty happy living here for now.Read More

August 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comi live in a two bedroom Apartment on the top (3rd) floor of my building with my sister and my mother, i share a room with my sister. it is actually a pretty nice apartment. although the parking lot is a bit small and we have two cars so one of our cars is always parked on the street. i like that our building has a locked front gate and locked gates to get into the parking lot. the pool is a nice size for an apartment building and the manager is a pretty okay guy for the most part.
