June 25, 2020Newgate West has appealed to all of my living needs, it is in a good location for traveling and commuting to convenience stores for gas and groceries. Older buildings, but maintained and in good shape. Maintenance services have been fantastic and efficient, things happen, AC units go out, certain things need to be operated on by someone with that knowledge. Any time I have requested that service, the issue was resolved either the same day or while I was gone for my day job.Review from Apartments.com
