Poor Management
July 30, 2023Just wanted to reiterate what the OP said below because I’m not sure if the earlier reviews even lived in the same building. Broken machines and flooding in the laundry room. Huge bug and animal problem year round. Management barely replies, took a couple days for them to reply when there was no power/water which happens too often.Review from Apartments.com
Bad management/amenities
November 21, 2022No on site management, the laundry room is old and ruins your clothing or just does not work, the management is unresponsive and often turns off water, elevator frequently goes out and there have been problems with bugs and creatures, the renovations look great but it’s a stressful living environmentReview from Apartments.com

September 13, 2022Apartments are so hard to find in La. 974 S Gramercy was the 5th building I looked at and it was perfect. The newly redone apartment was everything that I was looking for.
