Dirty Hallways/Bad Order
November 16, 2022*Lots of pot holes in the parking lot. Management refuse to fix. *Third floor units has water leaking coming from the ceiling of the unit, this has been reported to Leasing office many times and they come to patch up the ceiling but refuse fix the roof. *Westover is now looking to charge tenants starting 2023 for water usage. The company will not be using a meter to determine the cost for each unit but will divide the total water bill amount amongst all units.
