DO NOT MOVE HERE
October 4, 2021Sure, the price point is good. Once they allow everyone to re enter a lease and raise the rent it might not be so great. Been here a few years, they allowed our apartment to flood and management didn't take any action to fix it for 3 months. Happens a 2nd time. They finally make the moves and then in less than a week our apartment floods for a 3rd time- worse than the first 2 combined. Negligence at its finest. We moved here out of desperation the first time, stayed out of comfort and the poor ...market- but now they are offering us no assistance. We have to be displaced but they won't help at all. They don't even make you have renters insurance like most places. If you must move here, get insurance!! Or honestly spend a little more money and move to a complex worth giving your hard earned money to. Had our car vandalized twice in a little over a month. Never moved to increase security, though they say they have security on site at night. Lies, lies, lies just to get people to move in and keep paying money.
