You can leave the place cleaner than you got it, be a respectable tenant. You still won’t get your deposit back. Moved in with broken blinds, hole in the door of the main bedroom, bathroom door chipping, carpets were so nasty they turned the bottom of my feet black, had to shampoo them at least three times. Rips in the carpet. Tiles in the kitchen coming apart. I finally had enough when they wouldn’t come check out the mold in the bathroom or the mold on the dining room walls. Save your money and ...

I recently moved into Nicolet Apartments and so far I have to say my experience has been phenomenal. Brittani and her staff have been most helpful throughout the application and moving process and explaining "the ropes." The unit itself is in excellent shape. The location of these apartments is perfect for my needs, and the cost with a pet can't be beat.

I lived in Nicolet Appt for two years, I was hell like to live there. there are elderly people who are mean and dont like families which have children. They always call the company and complain about the children. Most of the time they lie about seeing children running in the hallway when they see my children and I go for shopping or the laundry. When it is a Holiday and they the rent mail isn't delivered before the 5th, they automatically charge 50 dollars as late fee, without any ...

considerations. I warn any tenant that you should not got fooled with the low rent, believe me you will regret signing one year lease with them. It is my experience, also I have seen a lot of other people breaking the lease and going out after living for few months because of their experience. I stuck for two years because i was waiting for three bedrooms availability near my mom's house. Thank you!

Cheap apartments, forget about your deposit

I lived here for over a year, I was shown a nicer place with a disposal but the apartment I got did not have one. The carpets were worn out and old, doors were flimsy and the doorknob of the apartment was falling off the door. After getting the carpets clean and doing all I could to clean the place I not only didn't get any deposit back but they charged me additional money on top of it! Not to mention they only give one parking spot per bedroom and there is no overnight parking nearby. Caretaker ...

I moved out of Nicolet Apartments September 2016. My entire stay there, it was incredibly difficult to get in contact with the management office for anything. The woman I needed to talk to about my issues was more often than not, out of the office and did not get back to me in a timely manner. I left before my contract ended, gave them a month and a half advanced notice. They kept my security deposit, I paid the extra month because I didn’t give them the two month minimum. was even able to get out was thanks to this kind young woman who was the office assistant to the head lady. She did her best to help me move out and I appreciate her very much. But all else was horrible. I couldn’t even get a final walk through though I asked. Now over a year later, they want to send debt collectors to get money for damages I DID NOT create. If this place had their stuff together, everything would be fine. I’m glad I left and would not recommend renting from this property management company ANYWHERE.

The living conditions here are awful. My previous reviews were removed but I just have to warn anyone looking at this place. The price is good. Everything else is awful. The interior is falling apart, air conditioners do not work even when running full blast, underground parking is alright if you have one car.
