May 20, 2025As a resident of The Nob Hill Tower, I love this place! It is on top of Nob Hill in a great location, the property is well maintained, looks modern and clean inside and out. The management and maintenance team truly set this place apart, particularly Building Manager Margreth and Maintenance Technician Jose. I recently brought a concern to Margreth about a dark corner near the building caused by a recessed utility walkway from the neighboring property. Although our building is well-lit overall, ...this spot felt unsafe late at night. Margreth and Jose promptly investigated and discovered a broken light fixture meant to illuminate the area. Within a week, they had replaced the fixture, fully resolving the issue and ensuring the space was safe and well lit. Both Margreth and Jose are always approachable, responsive, and dedicated to addressing residents' needs quickly and effectively. Their professionalism and care make living here a pleasure. DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING
November 9, 2022They're currently under renovation and will tell you this is temporary, with the objective of making the building even better and more modern. The true is: the construction has been going on for months and they have permits until 2024. Construction has revealed asbestos issues and affected structures not only in the units being remodeled - nearby units have had their walls explode, our water pipes are full of dirt - which you'll be able to see and smell some days, and when things get really bad ...they will close out water for 24-48h weekly - THAT MEANS YOU DO NOT HAVE WATER FOR DAYS! Plus, multiple units have been dealing with water dripping from the ceiling which can be dangerous. No compensation is made here and their staff will leave the property in the middle of day so while this is all happening, no one is around to help. They will also ignore your calls and e-mails and currently have 28 cases on the renters board with petitions to address the issues listed here! I truly hope this helps you to make the decision to never live here and that no one has to ever deal with what we, the current residents are going through!Property Manager Responded
