The only dislike I have, my upstairs neighbors are really loud even doing sleeping hours and it’s really aggravating to not be able to sleep for an extended period of time. September 9, 2025So far everything has been pretty good. The issues that I noted during my move in have all been addressed within my first 2 days of moving in. My biggest draw in leasing here was the fitness center and it hasn't disappointed. June 21, 2025Noble on Newberry is a visually appealing apartment complex with a resort-like atmosphere. While I enjoy living here, I have some concerns. The walls are thin, so noise travels easily, and being on the first floor near the entrance makes it hard to sleep with the loud doors. Dealing with roaches is frustrating, and I’ve noticed that things, like the wall paint, chip or break too easily. I chose this apartment for the enclosed security, but residents propping the doors open is disappointing. The ...parking and dumpster setups are subpar, and the lack of printer access is puzzling; we have to email documents for printing. WiFi can be unreliable, and trash valet has been inconsistent. I know these issues stem from property management rather than the staff, who are friendly and responsive.
