Ok as a short term option
April 11, 2023Affordable and very convenient location. Great rooftop deck, onsite laundry but nothing special in the way of other amenities. Unit had small windows that didn't let in much fresh air in so it was often hot and stuffy. Is supposed to be a non-smoking building but the hallway, elevator, and unit often smelled of smoke. Five+ stars for the community manager and building maintenance team.Review from Apartments.com
Rep. Never Showed Up
July 24, 2022I scheduled 2 appointments to tour 2 separate units. 1 for 10:00 am and 1 for 11:00 am for Sat, July 23rd. I received an email at 9:00 AM CONFIRMING my appointment for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 9:55 in front of the location on Valdez. I waited 25 mins. Called the number on the front of the building. No response. Called/texted the number in the confirmation email. No response. Waited until 11:09 AM. I finally had enough and left. If you value your precious time, please don't waste it dealing with ...this abysmally run company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
