This Historic Property is almost a Century Old!

Yes... it's old, rundown, and needs constant repair, but what would you expect from a property that is nearly 100 years old (if I make it to a century... I hope to look as good as Normandie Towers). There's much to be appreciated at this delightful property if you have the correct colored lenses to see its charm and have ears to hear the whispers of friendly ghosts (of animals and aliens) left behind... otherwise you will only see (and hear) the negative grumbles of bitter residents, both past ...

and present, and miss the gifts this gem of land has to offer. Signed, An appreciative tenant to have had the honor to reside at the Historic Charlie Chaplin Property, an experience of a lifetime.

I have lived at the Normandie Towers for over 16 years and I love this place. Its like a sanctuary in the middle of everyting. Close to all the major studios, stores, restaurants, etc..

HORRIBLE place to live

I would not reccomend this place it's a total rip off of money and a scam everything is always broke! They don't fix anything the place is practically on its last leg! Management is a absolute joke! Completely disrespectful you can even constantly hear neighbors yelling and fighting everything is roach infested spiders! Raccoons! Cats, dogs And to top it off half the time you won't even have proper running water or even hot water if you are lucky it's over priced and they don't tell you any of ...

the issues before move in it's a total scam it was built in the 1920s and has never been remodeled so do your research in LA or you will end up on something like this over Priced and no privacy in the entire place is totally crammed and should have been shut down years ago not even worth 500 a month its sick
