Terrible experience at this apartment

This apartment complex is completely run down and has not been remodeled/updated since it was built in the 1970’s. The walls are very thin and are about ready to collapse in. The “maintenance” man will enter your apartment without permission to go into the place and reek of smoke, but not fix anything whatsoever. Although it says “non-smoking” apartment, the landlord will not do anything about it and allows people to smoke. There is no air conditioning or lighting in the building. As soon as I ...
moved in here there were flooding issues and duct tape on the floors. The apartment had not been cleaned before I moved in either. The landlord will accuse you of causing damages that were already there or that occur with electric issues, water heating issues, etc. The landlord is also very unprofessional and does not know what is in the apartment nor does she make appointments on time. Worst experience dealing with an apartment complex ever.
