This place is Awful in every single sense of the word! The manager knows NOTHING of California state law, he decides when and who will come in your home, without notice, he turns the power off and on, and has unqualified people doing electronical work, he shuts the water off several times a month with no warning and their is a tenet who has harassed every single person in this complex, even gone as far as filing a lawsuit on everyone who lives here and the manager and owner and people who have ...

moved lomg ago, and everyone else they can think of. everything about this place is ridiculous! they have paid probably thousands of dollars trying to fix a broken washing machine rather just getting a new one or even one off craigslist would be so much better than what we have. (which is just broken pieces of metal that spray water on your clothes and you must hand wring them dry then pay 6 times just so they don't mold... RIDICULOUS!!!!!
