Everything has been great since I moved in November 2021. Maintenance is very quick and thorough and always happy to help. The grounds are nicely landscaped and clean. The leasing office is terrific and always friendly and pleasant. Very happy here!

I moved back to Maryland in March, during the pandemic. My job transferred to Maryland from out of state, and things were a bit financially crazy for a few months. These are some of the most understanding, and patient leasing personnel that I’ve ever met. This is an overall great property. It’s clean, it’s quiet, and you feel 100% safe (as a single woman). It is a diverse community, and literally everyone is nice. Lol. I love it here, and you will too!

Its been an year staying in North Forest and we never felt like we are not under the safe hands. They take care of everyone like family. There team (Nathaniel, Diaana, Maria, Tod, Mr.Lee, Mike, etc ) is the best and very helpful. I still remember when i was looking for Border and security office and one of the office staff himself inquired everything for me and gave me directions and all the respected details. They are very responsive whenever we had issues regarding maintenance it got ...
resolved with in few hours. I have never waited for atleat a day. Their team is highly responsive and helpful. I have seen the best part that they take care elders people in their society like their own family. Grt gesture, Appreciate! Great apartments, quality appliances, walk in closet, recently updated shower, no bug problems. All around, a great deal and I don't plan to move out any time soon. No hidden fees on top of rent – just electric and a low monthly pet rent if you have cats. Gas, trash, parking, pool and fitness room access –they’re all rolled in. Quiet neighborhood, barely hear my neighbors, friendly and helpful staff. They care about keeping residents rather than just trying to get new leasers. Highly recommend!
