This management is really bad. Never gave me a warning that maintenance was coming, fixed most my problems the first time but they need to come back and I don’t know when they’re going to show up because they never tell me anyways. Truly embarrassing from a resident standpoint.

I love that the apartment office is within a short walk! Treena was fabulous. I love my apartment. I like the security with locked main entrance. It is so peaceful and quiet here. I love the cool breeze with windows open, and the sun only filters in. Excellent surroundings with trees, manicured grass, and low traffic. The rent is very reasonable.

Goldmark is very responsive when it comes to having the needs met of their tenants. They get maintenance done the same day it was requested. And will always work with us as long as we stay in one communication about any issues we may be going through. Quality of appatment is good, definitely not worse than from the neighbour property managments. I have heard there are troubles with requesting maintenance, but hopefully haven't had a deal with that. Extra plus for the parking place and personal storage for each member in building, very suitable for those who has a bike. Laundry is perfect too, that is the first time I could pay for laundry by a card or Google pay instead of coins (coins sucks, I was always out of that...). And controlling the ...
