NEVER RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
November 10, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comProperty Management company insists that they never received any paperwork that I was moving out even though I personally handed the papers to the manager on site. Since they never received a notice that I moved they decided to renew my lease. I HAD ALREADY MOVED!!! Now I am being harassed by collections saying that I owe nearly $5000 on top of never recieving my security deposit. I have been trying to contact the company for over a year but every time I begin to explain the situation, they hang ...up. Never rent from this management company!!!Read More

April 6, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI love these places but the property management just doesn’t care. It says maintenance is on site? Not that I’ve seen. Trash piles up... two dumpsters for the entire complex... no recycling...windows that rattle they’re so old... heating units that date back to 1970 and you’ll end up paying a ton during the winter as a result... the on site manager had changed three times in 6 months... that says a lot. I want to love this place but the owners clearly don’t.
