December 17, 2025They started charging a $12 per month risk protection fee to cover units if damage occurs. This is on top of what you pay in rent and your deposit. They are just passing off their own insurance costs to consumers.Review from Apartments.com
It’s nice to be home.
July 29, 2022I lived here at North Village for a few years when I was in my 30s and then I bought a house. Now I am back again as a senior citizen and I can’t say enough good things about how happy I am to be able to live here again in this nice, quiet, neighborhood. The buildings and the grounds are so well-maintained and the staff is top notch. They are constantly updating and upgrading important things like the security system, the laundry rooms, the parking lots, the outdoor lighting, etc. Megan, the ...Community Manager and her assistant Pat in the on-site office, are very friendly, professional, sincerely caring, understanding, and helpful. The maintenance guys, Kevin and Steve, are also skilled professionals who are always on top of things, very capable, and quick to respond to any issue. One of my sliding glass doors needed new glass and Kevin worked on that door until it was perfect. I’ve been here almost 4 years so far and it is as close to a carefree existence as I can imagine, thanks to the quality and high standards of the management and maintenance personnel here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 29, 2017I have been at North Village for 4 years and just signed another lease. The staff here are AMAZING! They are always friendly and willing to help. The service/maintenance is outstanding! Clogged drain? No problem, 2 hour service. The lobby reception areas are always sparkling! I feel very safe. Lawn, snow removal, etc., exceptional. The area is beautiful!!
