How things have changed
November 26, 2017First of all. The pictures are a lie. Peaceful is not how i would describe this place. Security is a joke. Kids screaming all hours of the night cause parents let them. No pets is laughable. Everyone has a pet. Dogs barking all hours of the night and since its the middle of no where we got a lot of people who dump their cats near by and they breed. Oh, they don't even tell you about in the summer we have skunks in the area. And they love to hide under our cars and scare you. So don't take out ...trash at night. As for the trash, since no one can aim into the dumpsters we have roaches. Yeah and if you have a place near them, you will get them. Every couple months they do a house keeping inspection. Yeah, to make sure you keep your house clean. Maintenance is a joke, since they forget to come and you are doing it yourself. This place is so bad we cant keep the same manager for more than a month. They refuse to live here for the same reasons. Storage above the assigned parking gets broken into, and whats the point of assigned parking when the parents of the preschool and the staff take our spots. Or they park and block us in. This place use to be a jewel. But it has gotten worse over time. And rent keeps climbing every couple months. I have lived her for over 10 years and its only because I cant afford to move with my credit. Don't come here. You will hate it. I hope I can save at least one person from making the same mistake. I like it here
July 2, 2017I love living here. If you don't have a car, like me, it's going to be hard to get around. Luckily, there is a bus stop in front of the apartments. Gardeners come and clean up like once a week. There is a learning center for kids where they can go after school and a daycare for kids ages 2-4. The only downfall is that the rent keeps going up. Other than that, I love it here! Rooms are spacious too btw.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015For this being the 1st apartment I've ever rented, I absolutely love living here. The rooms are spacious, as well as the closets. Onsite laundry along with washer/dryer hookup in each rental, well maintained, gated & friendly community, bus transportation, close to the freeway, hospitals and only minutes away from grocery stores and shopping malls.
