Don’t move in
March 6, 2025Place is disgusting roaches everywhere and if you live in the ground level when it rains it floods the apartment I’m warning everyone not to move in this place and when you tell manager they don’t care and are rude and won’t give your security deposit back when you move out I wish there was someone higher than them who you can talk to on how the property is ranProperty Manager Responded
November 4, 2025None of this is true. We remain committed to running a great property. To characterize my team as rude is ridiculous. They all care about the tenants and they will come handle any issue that actually arises. Now When you don't pay your rent, you will be asked to leave. When you don't pay your rent, as you did not, we will keep the deposit to offset our loss.

very disorganized
February 9, 2024They are slow to return refunds. I also wanted to see the unit multiple times before signing the lease however there was always an issue. The last time she didn’t even have the right unit number so I took it as a sign and asked for my security deposit back. It’s almost been two months it’s “still processing” and I can’t have the number of the higher ups.Review from Apartments.com

March 22, 2023I'm a Northland Lifer, born & raised NKC. Graduate of NKC High School so when life put me in a position to live alone, Northland Studios was a fit. I was offered the best available unit and I moved in ASAP. I live on bottom floor which is great for me so I don't have to climb stairs with my disability for breathing. The area is quiet and I always get a good night's sleep. No one is loud or obnoxious. Since I'm older and not a "partier" this fits my lifestyle. Our office manager, Dave, is a ...prince. Always attentive to my needs. Maintenance men, Chris and Brandon, are very professional and kind. Perfect Place for small families - very safe & clean complex
January 15, 2021I would recommend Northland Studios to anyone who wants to live in a safe and clean complex. Dave the property manager has always taken care of anything for me and has been a pleasure to have as a complex manager. Chris & Justin do a great job in handling anything that needs to be repaired and Cush keeps our place looking as good as it does.
