October 16, 2023These apartments are newly renovated and some of the renovations are not done well. However, there are new appliances which are very nice and work well. The location is good and close to downtown Chattanooga as well as close to many grocery stores and coffee shops. Management has been great to work with and answer questions/ respond to emails very quickly.Property Manager Responded

I'm lovin' it!
October 11, 2023I'm really thankful we were able to move into Northside Terrace after having a poor experience previously renting. The apartments are conveniently located, maintenance stays on top of requests, there are nice appliances throughout, friendly people, a one time pet fee, and utilities included. The parking situation can be nerve-wracking at times, but other parking is available close by! ?Property Manager Responded

Love it here :)
October 10, 2023I moved here just last month & I am so glad I did. Perfect size, quiet little complex, surrounded mostly by huge trees (which i absolutely love), renovated w/ mewly updated appliances, washer/dryer, good people & most importantly... GREAT PRICE! Northside Terrace is in great condition & they actually value their residents by not jacking up the price hundreds of dollars like some of these other apartments! Not to mention, their apts are in such good condition. I think the only small con I have ...(depending on where your apt is located exactly) is that sometimes the cars or police sirens can be heard off of Dayton blvd, but it's nothing major & doesn't last long at all :)... I am glad I chose this place to call my home.Property Manager Responded

Quiet little complex
