I’ve lived in apartments where I could hear every step from upstairs or conversations through the walls, but here I don’t hear a peep from my neighbors or the unit above me. Except for the breaches and the infestation of gnats in the building and in my apartment, I have been satisfied with my experience living here so far. I failed to describe the issue with the gnats in the building and in my apartment which occurred sometime this summer. I noticed the gnats and went to the front desk to report the issue. I the elevator the entire upper part of the elevator were covered in the gnats. Lauren Knotts took a picture and informed me that other people had reported them ...

and the entire building was going to be fumigated. I continued to have the issue in my apartment. It was inspected and all I received from that was to keep my drains covered and raise the temperature in the apartment. I got a ZEVO flying insect trap device and was able to trap a few, but it took a few weeks before the flying insects were finally gone. I was disappointed in the response from management about this very annoying issue.
