Terrible Service
April 19, 2024The internet is not high speed it is very basic. You will not receive any service after you move in, you’re on your own as soon as you move in. Any issues you have they tell you to fill an online form “big or small” but no one will answer or show up ever. It is advertised as including a car wash which is only true if you pay $150-$200 per month for indoor parking. If not it isn’t included. Staff is always new in the office they are rude and not trained at all. Sales man are great because they put ...an idea in that the place is perfect. Drug dealers meet in the neighborhood often always cops around. Give you tickets/warning and leave notes on your car saying you don’t pay for this spot or it’s not your spot. It is not worth moving here and dealing with all the issues you will come across. Stay away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
