August 15, 2015The apartments are cheap, spacious, and well cared for in terms of maintenance. It's very close to downtown and a Kansas EXPY so travel around town is fast or an easy walk. The only downside is security. The neighborhood is prone to visits from the police on a regular basis. It doesn't feel safe.Review from Apartments.com
