I’ve had a good experience living at Ocean House Apartments NOBE. The location is convenient, the building is close to everything in North Beach, and the management team has been helpful when I’ve needed assistance.

Warning: Management neglects proper inspections, no fire extinguishers, cracked ceilings and walls, AC barely works, mold in humid bathrooms. Shared laundry faces constant issues due to public use; many machines out of service. Avoid moving in; buildings lack care.

This is our second year living here and because of the humidity of the summer mold starts coming out of the walls in the bathroom. We politely asked management to do something about it and it has been 2 months every week we go and they always say they will send someone and no one comes. Medical intervenience is needed since now we have allergies and difficulty to breath, still waiting for them to come do something.

one problem is the people that live there do not pick up their dog poop and let them run free, I don't like complaining do to retaliation, but if a manager see this please enforce that they pick up the poop, kids and people can get sick from that. this is why the 3 stars.
