Mold, rodents, pests, management was terrible. Towing was insane. And they treated you with no respect. Major theft problem and it was because of management. I pray for you if you have to live here.

I lived at these apartments for 2 years and it was really bad. The first year was great but then they sold this place to someone else and that's when these apartments went down hill. Bed bugs in some of the apartments and roaches in all of them. They would spray but it didn't help. You we're always eating with roaches looking at you and they would jump on you. They we're in the refrigerator. The place was falling apart. People had there ceilings cave in on them. They can even see upstairs from ...

The Rotten in the wall and in the ceiling. The apartment manager wouldn't have anybody go and fix it. These are supposed to be low income apartments. But yet these apartments are not even worth the amount of rent that they charge. At times a few of us from there wanted to call Channel 8 4 News to complain about this and see if they could come out and do an interview. There was a disabled woman and her sons that were also disabled they had bed bugs in their apartment management wouldn't do anything. These people are on disability she was in a wheelchair she couldn't move her sons were special needs men and couldn't do much for themselves either their apartment was falling apart with roaches and bed bugs and again management wouldn't do anything
