Amazing Luxury Apartment Complex
June 11, 2025Oak Creek is a fantastic community to live at. They have super high end luxury apartments, beautifully and tastefully renovated. This is an excellent community tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I feel very welcomed and at home here at oak creek. The management is fantastic - Ms. lela is very responsive and handles all of our concerns promptly. Her maintenance team is also top-notch. On the rare occasion I have had any concern, they get it handled immediately. 10/10 highly recommend ...living here. Worse Management
March 20, 2025The manager Ms. Tate is a horrible manager. She provides only her cell number and no one answers the advertised office phone number. She will ignore and block you. I had to reach out to code enforcement and building inspector about maintenance issues since she blocked me and o had several issues that weren’t addressed. Bad management

September 21, 2022Property manager she's a joke, never answers the phone, maintenance is nonexistent. Want fix anything, Property manager says its the company she works for that don't want to fixed anything, but maintenance says it the Property manager it's a blame game, and the tenants are the ones suffering, my mother bathroom ceiling has fell down 3 times, when she runs her dishwasher the water comes up through the tub. That means bad plumbing maybe. It's shows bad character and lack of responsibility.Review from Apartments.com
