the laundry situation here is actually solid, machines work and don't charge crazy prices like some places. my only thing is they could use better lighting in the hallways, but after two years my partner and i aren't complaining too much.

Is Garbage all around the property. The 2 pools are always closed plus the water is filthy. The bedroom and bathroom have Mold (don’t bother put a work order is not going to work). The roaches are everywhere and I haven’t see an exterminator since I moved. The security are the worse; the gate is always open. The rent went up with less than a month notice.
