June 27, 2018They said they will let you of of a lease! With a penalty charge of one months rent. Then once it’s time to move they back out of what they said. And want you to pay 85% of the lease left on your contract. I do not recommend them! Move self where!Review from Apartments.com
Mistake
March 8, 2016I just moved here a month ago, I have had a very bad experience. I love my aparment but its just been hard ever since I moved here. First they did not change my carpet. It had horrible stains, I asked them nicely to atleast try and change the carpet from my kids room. They never even gave me an answer! Now, its been more than a month and my apartment has minor problems that were suppose to be fixed weeks ago. I keep calling them and asking them when will they get my list done with, and they keep ...saying"This week, for sure". Its been several weeks.To top all this off my car was towed because the managers only gave me a permit sticker for a month... who does that?! I love my aparment but its frustrating to deal with maintance and the office managers-_-Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
