January 26, 2021Management sucks and doesn't known how to run an apartment. Anytime I have requested matinance it takes half a month for them to come fix it even if its something important like a toilet or washer I also got 2 different leases with 2 different amountsReview from Apartments.com
Bad First Impression
January 23, 2020Tried to investigate living here, but the front office clerk was very short, rude, and just told me to apply without showing the apartments. Apparently, they don’t give tours, and deny most of they’re applicants. Seems to be poorly managed and has no one skilled in decent customer service. I don’t see their logic in this system. Good luck to anyone trying to live here.Review from Apartments.com
Just NO
September 15, 2018Orkin there all the time for infestations YUCK! No one ever answers the phone so that they don't have to work. Maintenance will not fix things properly and then charge you for their crappy work. Hire a professional if you don't know how to do it! Many of the neighbors are nice but that only goes so far when you go home and your apartment is in shambles and they won't fix it. Glad to be out of there! Clean house and get some new people working there and it might be a nicer place to live.Review from Apartments.com
