Oakridge Largo is one mile west of the Largo Mall where you'll find a large variety of shopping and dining. We are ten minutes from the beach and are located next to the Pinellas County Trail. Oakridge Largo is ten minutes from the St.Pete College campus and we are on a main bus line. We are a quiet, shaded community and we welcome you to come by to view your new home. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star… disgusting
July 14, 2023This apartment complex is disgusting. Roach infested with German roaches, dirty, air conditioners do not work. Staff is rude and not willing to help, way to expensive for what you are getting. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Just beware
March 20, 2017Be smart. take dated photos prior to moving in. Carpet, stairs, walls ,vents, kitchen, mildew and mold, stains, stairs and railing, plumbing, indoors and out, windows, animal droppings. Leave nothing unaccounted for. copy contracts and papers including work orders. Notarize all paper work. Understand the contract. It is almost impossible to leave without loosing your deposit or more.Review from Apartments.com
