  • MOLD LEAKS TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT-10/10

    STAY CLEAR from altura largo. On move in day we pointed out multiple mold spots and the dishwasher wouldn’t run. Within the 4 months of living there the mold spread to almost ALL our personal items including furniture, clothing ect . On top of that our dishwasher was replaced 3 times. All three times it was “replaced and fixed” the maintenance man would run out the door leaving the job incomplete and tools behind. On multiple occasions I walked in the door to a random “new maintenance guy” ...
    standing in the middle of the living room. Unannounced of course. Which is an easy way to get someone hurt.. ANYWAYS… after many requests nothing was ever fixed and our TAP water started to become very very milky. That’s when we decided we needed to get out for our healths sake. We had to fight management to break our lease and get our deposit back. Only lived here for 4 months… worst 4 months of my life.

    STAY FAR FAR AWAY. The units have mold, the AC NEVER works, you can hear your neighbors toilets flushing, you can smell cigarette in your unit when the neighbor smokes. And they have taken over 30 days to refund my deposit.

  • Noise and trash

    Weekends with no one working are a night mare. Kids from projects fill pool. Trash every where. They don’t do what they say they will do. Management has changed three times in a year and thus use the excuse of l didn’t.say it. Apts are poorly rehabbed. Parent company in California are squeezing mgt to spend nothing. Any place would be better. The 40 page lease locks you in. Can’t wait to move.

    I had the pleasure of living at Altura Largo Apartments for two years, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. Since the new management team took over in February, I have seen a significant improvement in the overall quality of the complex. Princess Mendoza is very knowledgeable and articulate with her work. No stone goes unturned in making sure you experience is top notch.The pool, which was closed for many months, has been renovated and is now open for residents to ...
    enjoy. The new parking policies that prioritize residents have made parking a breeze, and I appreciate not having to worry about finding a spot after a long day at work. One of the most significant changes I've noticed is the availability of the management staff. They are always there to address any concerns that I have, and they genuinely care about making the community a great place to live. The maintenance staff is also very professional and responsive. Whenever I had an issue in my apartment, they were there quickly to resolve it. Additionally, I am thrilled to see the new landscaping being installed around the complex. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy, making the community feel welcoming and inviting. Overall, I highly recommend Altura Largo Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home. The recent changes have only improved the already fantastic experience I had living there.

  • Shady experience

    Not sure how this is showing a 3.8 star rating as the majority of stars are 1. There is a lot of turn over in the on site office. 40 page lease---many items in it contradict itself. Out of nowhere there is a transaction fee to pay rent online. We are forced to pay a 3rd party to do the job of the property management.

  • Disgusting property

    Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Dog poop in the grass. People leave "trash" on the counter at the mailboxes when there is a trash can right there. Management doesn't seem concerned with the grounds. Pool has been under "renovation" and closed for 6 months. So, false advertising.

    I JUST SIGNED HERE, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! WORST MANAGEMENT! Before I signed, they answered all my calls, emails, and text messages. But as soon as I signed the lease, they stopped replying to me. They made many promises before I signed, like having laundry hook-ups inside the apartment, cleaning the apartment, fixing the holes on the wall, putting new carpet in, and then guess what? When I moved in, none of this was done. And now they won't even respond to my messages. This place is ...
    ridiculous! Do not sign here! Run away from them! COCKROACHES AND TERMITES, holes on the wall, CIGARETTE SMELL, dirty apartments, fake promises... the list go on!

    Recently rented here and Jonathan the property manager was really attentive and answered all my questions. I was also told that there is a lot of renovations happening- can't wait to see how this place is going to look!
