April 13, 2019Huge red flag is the office personnel. The super is a miserable, unfriendly, mean man. Donna and Cathy are awful. Down right rude and miserable people. They make false claims against residents, and do not properly investigate situations that need to be addressed. You can basically call to "report" something (which they strongly encourage) and instead of speaking with the resident they start with threats regardless of having any facts. But don't you dare provide proof that the office is wrong ...because they hold grudges. I refused to be bullied. They are so unprofessional but you cannot help but chuckle. This place is a complete joke. I understand price wise some may find this place appealing, but beware. If you still choose to live here, be a hermit crab.
