I have been a resident for 17.5 years and have found the staff to be very friendly and responsive to my requests. The grounds are kept very clean and colorful. Although I can only attend a few of the many varied activities. Problematic residents seem to move on quickly, and almost all others are cordial and engaging. The community is managed very well.

I love living at Oak View of Sonoma Hills, it’s a great place to live, neighbors are friendly, there is plenty offered to do, card games, movie once a week, so if you are a person who wants to get out of your apartment but not to leave the complex, there’s places to sit and read, or join other tenants for catching up on what’s new in their life, or watch a movie once a week. I think it’s a great place to live.
