they absolutely do the bare minimum for their jobs, something is always broken, you can never get a hold of maintenance or anyone working here, the laundry rooms are always locked and for how much you have to pay to do laundry there shouldn’t tell me when i can or can’t wash or even just get my clothes after they’re done in the dryer.

In these apartments they don't care about the tenants or what other tenants care about. If your vehicle is stolen from the parking lot, there is nothing they can do, but if you are cleaning your car, they tell you that you can't do that, the managers are only there to make your life difficult with rules about when you have to wash or swim. For what you pay, you should have minimal access to washing clothes.

They are always having to repair something because something here is always broken, there has been break ins and property damage, they will do things like shut off the water with a 5 minutes notice, or lock the laundry room with your clothes still washing, and the landlords are very rude and not helpful as they always find a way to blame the renter
