These people care nothing about their tenants and seem to only be motivated to do anything when they come looking for their money. I have not had heat since I got in this apartment October 22! On top of that they have been charging me 100.00 a month for not having renters insurance when I have had insurance from progressive (and went and gave them the attestation form) The bush growing in front of my door has grown to blocking my doorway. We pay for an apartment community that has a pool that ...

remained green and unusable the entire summer. I should have known when they gave me the key to a filthy apartment and offered me 100.00 off my rent if I cleaned it, which I did. Now because they are literally ignoring my heater situation and I am having to use space heaters (which are driving up my electric bill) I have to consider hiring a lawyer to get heat in my apartment.

Horrible place since new management has taken over. Used to be a well maintained property. Now grass and hedges go uncut for over a month. Dumpster area is filthy and has trash spread all over the ground with no effort from management to clean it up. But worst of all I've been contacted by management several times saying I've missed past rent payments even after providing receipts for proof. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The updates to the units are awesome. I love the staff and the leasing agent. It's a community you can call home. New management has helped the community make some much needed changes. Its a place I feel safe with my family. Check it out for yourself. Tell Tina I sent you!

The maintenance man is prone to frequent outbursts due to being under the influence of drugs. If something is broken, they take months to repair it, even if it’s something that needs dire attention. Instead of cleaning, it’s just painted over. They only spray for bugs every three months, so if your neighbor has them, you will too.

Since our arrival to Albany Georgia we settled down in the village apartments. We really like the atmosphere. Its a very quiet and clean apartment complex. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time we need assistance in the apartment they take care of the issue immediately. The pool is in great condition and they place maintains the lawn and other amenities constantly. I highly recommend this apartments to everyone.
