About Oakridge Apartments

I see that you're interested in our apartments! Our rent includes heat! There is a $15/adult/month charge for water that is added on to your monthly rent and you have to pay your own internet and electricity through MG&E. We have extra storage in the basement per apartment for no extra charge along with 3 washers and 3 dryers that are coin operated in the basement of each building! We also offer off street parking for a very small/one-time fee of $50/car. We do allow small pets but have a strict no dog policy! Our office hours are weekdays Monday-Friday only between 8am and 4pm!
