Moved in April 1st, 2026. might as well been an april fools joke from the start…The pool was unnecessarily closed for 4 months. My truck was stolen from outside and there was no working cameras nor do they close the gates because the property manager says they’ll just break instantly. Now I have had to do 6 different service requests regarding the AC just to hear there is nothing they can do…it is currently 78 in my apartment with two kids under the age of 4.. The ac unit is not the right size ...

Came in to help with our emergency. We were moving out on a sunday and our valve for the washer and dryer broke. Maintenance came out so fast even recovering from a shoulder injury and helped us fix in and even disconnected our washer dryer for us.

Dirty halls and more… The building hallways are extremely dirty and smelly due to poor garbage collection and residents disposing of liquids in trash bags. Oakville doesn't sending anyone to clean even after formal complaints via email. Next point, They decided to start fixing the pool at the beginning of summer with no scheduled completion date. Hey, we're in Texas!
