Dirty halls and more… The building hallways are extremely dirty and smelly due to poor garbage collection and residents disposing of liquids in trash bags. Oakville doesn't sending anyone to clean even after formal complaints via email. Next point, They decided to start fixing the pool at the beginning of summer with no scheduled completion date. Hey, we're in Texas!

Multiple large maintenance issues that they let sit for days or weeks at a time. Previously dealt with no electricity in the kitchen that took them more than a week to fix. Currently dealing with water damage from a leak in another apartment. Mold is growing. Visible green and black mold. Yes they’re aware of it. They’ve been aware of it for the last 7 days.

I lived in bell tech for 6 years, it used to be rattan creek an imt property, the imt staff knew us and was so helpful and caring, the bell tech staff is rude and after you sign your lease does not care about you, the parking is horrible, my brothers car and at least 5 other cars were broken into last year alone. The back gate does not lock so people can just come in, the walls are thin so you can definitely hear your neighbors. They never call you back and you have to call more than once to get ...
