Amazing property and management
August 2, 2024I have lived here for a couple years now, and Kayla has been the absolute best landlord that I have had out of a couple of properties I’ve lived at . She is extremely understanding, and if you have any questions about anything she gets back to you in a timely manner. If I make a maintenance request, it is taken care of in a matter of 2 to 3 days tops and the entire management and maintenance is really great overall. The caretakers that clean the building do a great job as well to make sure that ...the buildings and the outsides stays clean. It’s a really comfortable area to live in and it’s a great area for people with kids as well. Sucks I have to leave but I found a good job. Otherwise I would stay here until I am able to afford a house.Property Manager Responded

Open communication was the key!
March 16, 2024I recently had an issue related to the kitchen sinks in my apartment. Both the office staff and on-site maintenance personnel responded quickly and professionally. When it was determined that they did not have the tools to complete the job, they did not hesitate to call a local company to assist them. Good Apartment to Live
May 9, 2023I've been at Oak Wood Apartments for 9 years because the price is always competitively lower than many other apartments with the same condition in and out the area. Oak Wood has a new landlord and management who care for their residents' concerns and needs, which I've never had with the old landlord the past 8 years. The new management responds immediately or within 24 hours to request for maintenance. They take perfect care of snow blowing in the parking lots and walkway. Cheap Apt, Bad Management
February 25, 2019The price of the apartment is pretty good. But management doesn’t do their part. We went 3 weeks without a mailbox because our mailbox wouldn’t lock. Should’ve been taken care of in no more than 3 days. Plowing sucks. By the time they get around to plowing we have been driving through all the snow for 2 weeks so it’s all packed down and impossible to remove. So when they are done plowing the parking lot is still snow and ice covered. And we had an older man who had pneumonia when they had to plow ...so he couldn’t move his car and ask our manager to do it for him and she got upset that she had to move one car for a sick old man! We had to go to a laundry room on a different floor for 2 weeks because it took maintenance 2 weeks to get to fixing our washing machines. Management is only around 3 days a week even though there are 2 people working in the office. They hardly ever get out of the office when they are here, so they don’t know about anything going on around the complex unless someone calls them and tells them about it.Property Manager Responded
August 13, 2019Oakwood Court strives to achieve outstanding customer service. Maintenance requests are addressed as quickly as possible. Snow removal is taken care of during heavy snow fall and our notice to close the lots for plowing is posted once the snow fall has ceased. The Oakwood Court office is open Monday through Friday.
