Please do not rent here. Leasing office never answers their phone or respond to any issues. There has been a man living in his car in my parking lot over 3-4 months and no one does anything about it. Ive tried calling management multiple times and they never answer. Ive left voicemails and they never return my calls. Ive gone to the leasing office and they dont open the door. I dont even know why there is even anyone running these apartments. Please dont rent here if you want to live with people ...

Overall I do enjoy living in Ocean Breeze. I love the pool gym barbeque area. Love my AC it's helped a lot with this hot weather . And most importantly I love the washer and dryer.The Manager Ernestina Is Fabulous always helpful very respectful
