Ms. Shante' doesn't provide receipt when tenants pay rent. When ask who's her boss or how can you contact corporate she says they will tell her to evicted you. Mold and mildew throughout house and Shante says it's the tenant responsible even after the roof has fallen due to weather. Repair guys come in and sit on their butts for hours in your house watching tv running up your power and water bill with no timely repairs.
