Terrible Management
August 28, 2019Any positive review of this place must be friends with Claire and her husband. He takes a passive role in “managing the property”. More like policing the property. Claire clearly wears the pants. The rent is high as the previous reviewer is saying. They raise the rent every lease term SIGNIFICANTLY. Claire gives you a choice. Go month to month and pay at least $250 more each month than you paid last year (l thought you could only raise the rent 10 percent a year?). Or sign another year ...lease and pay at least $100 more each month than you were paying on the previous lease. Read the Yelp reviews and pay attention to the honest reviews. They are just that! Claire left a note on everyone’s doors recently. “If you clog your own toilet you pay for the plumber”. Really? Do I own or rent? The issue is the pipes are cast iron. Very old and prone to clogging. You see a plumber here a lot. All of my neighbors say their toilets have clogged at least twice. No fault of their own due to the old outdated pipes. Claire ignores the laws on a routine basis and just does whatever she wants to intimidate tenants. I often think to myself. Who does she think she is? She’s simply a property manager with very likely little if none higher education and is a bully. I would advise anyone not to rent here not because of the property. November 8, 2025Since 2021, Ocean View Terrace Apartments has welcomed new office management and a refreshed maintenance team. Judy and Cynthia now efficiently manage office operations and supervise daily activities. Numerous residents have shared positive feedback, noting their appreciation for the team’s prompt and professional attention to concerns and effective handling of routine responsibilities. Beginning in 2022, we have renovated our vacant apartments by installing plank flooring, updating cabinets and countertops, replacing tubs, and upgrading bathroom plumbing with stylish tile surrounds and new vanities. We have also enhanced electrical systems, added modern light fixtures, outfitted kitchens with matching appliances, and finished cabinets with new hardware.

September 10, 2017Come this March will make three wonderful years I have lived in my two bd two bath unit here at Oceanview Terrace. The units are spacious, light, comfortable and quiet not to mention more than reasonable priced. The management and maintenance team have always been attentive to any need or concern and work daily on maintaining this beautiful property. Landscape and facilities are meticulously maintained. As a single mom I love living here with my small family and hope to be a resident for many ...years to come.Property Manager Responded

The landscaping features a five-tiered garden showcasing over 120 varieties of palm trees, creating a tropical atmosphere complemented by ocean breezes. Maintenance is performed weekly by a dedicated team of professional landscapers. Our rents are slightly below market, considering the extra space, ocean views, and tropical gardens.

October 9, 2015My apartment complex is great. I would say that it's perfect if I could own a dog here. We have assigned parking, I live near the pool and the complex is 5 minutes from the ocean. It's very quiet and peaceful here and we feel safe. Honestly, I wouldn't normally write a review because I don't want a lot of people to find out about this place, but my wife wanted to enter the contest.Property Manager Responded
