October 16, 2021Moved out recently. Rent went up an astronomical amount. Fire happened in building and the fire alarms didn't go off. Someone was busted for a meth lab or something in the apartment building. Routinely have random people parking for days at a time in guest parking lot that aren't even residents (reported but they didn't care). My packages were stolen several times and they refused to add any more cameras. Laundry room floor basically disintegrated, and the laundry machines barely worked most of ...the time on my floor. Management unprofessional and take days to even respond to very urgent requests like my fridge popping and smoking. Overall terrible place to live, would not suggest until they use the extra covid relief money and rent hikes to hire better managers and staff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Oklahoma Manor.
September 20, 2015I love the area, and the people in my building are all very respectful and nice. Everyone helps each other if they see a neighbor in some type of need we help each other. All of the animals that live in my buildong are all friendly as well. They keep the hallways clean and smelling good. And I love the layout of my own apartment as well. Although management takes forever to come and fix anything. And they allowed all of the tenants to go without hot water for a week straight.Review from Apartments.com
Dumpy, no parking
October 27, 2014They give out more parking permits than there are spaces. If you work second shift, don't live here, you'll never park in the surface lot. Very cheap carpeting that creates a big mess, and the laundry areas usually are destroyed.Review from Apartments.com
could be better
June 4, 2014The main hallway stinks. the laundry room is 1.50 to was and 1.50 to dry. the tub of the washer is so small you really can not fit that much into it and the heat settings on the dryers are set so low that even though you get 45 min. for the 1.50 your clothing still is not dry. The staff is very friendly, but the hallways could used cleaned. I have been here 4 weeks and not once have the hallways been cleaned. it is a secure building but the locks did not work very well when I moved in. I had to ...put WD-40 in them to get them to work well. Sad that someone that lives there had to do this and the staff had not. I really do not like apartment living but I have lived in worse places and I have lived in lots better places.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
