Almost perfect!

I currently live here in Old Mill Glen, this apartment is almost perfect. The outdoor grounds are kept up nicely, the grass is always green and lush. There's never trash scattered around the grounds either. Now if only the insides of the apartments were kept up as nicely. This site lists this place as smoke free, but it's not. Tenants are allowed to smoke in their apartments. They are not allowed to smoke in the hallway, however because of the gaps around the doors (1/2 inch just on the ...
bottom of the door) that lead to the hallway smoke leaves the smokers' apartments and enters the hallway and thus entering the other apartments. There is something we bought to put under our door to help block the smoke and it does help some. They had to come in and caulk around the pipes because smoke from the tenant below us was coming into our apartment. That has helped quite a lot. It still comes in sometimes but not nearly as bad. We did have to get a super powerful air purifier though. The only thing that would make this place worth 5 stars is if this place was made 100% smoke free AND for the property manager's office to return our phone calls. You can call them to report an issue and they don't acknowledge the request or do anything about it.
