I really do not approve of this residence it was bad before it is even worse now that new company has bought it which is hard to believe. Between noisy neighbors, people who do not watch their children, and nothing never getting fixed correctly (not the guys who work on the apartments fault but belongs to the management they do the best they can) I have been here for 4 years and it has kept getting worse over the years and I cant wait to find somewhere else to live. Do not think that they will ...
fix anything or be able to make repairs but do not blame the guys management will not give them the tools that they need. In all honesty if I could I would give it negative stars. I started calling on water damage almost 10 days ago and it took me 4 days just to get a hold of someone only to be blown off and told they would have someone look at it but when I talked to the guys that fix stuff they had never heard anything.

roach infested. I lived here for almost 2 years and it was horrible, I was settling basically. One: you don't get your deposit back, because they "have the apartments cleaned" which I saw a carpet cleaner in the laundry room on more than one occasion. The day I moved in, it smelt like straight animal. I was supposed to to transfer to a 3 bedroom townhouse and the move in date kept getting pushed back. So finally it came down to the official move in date, I had the electric turned off in my ...
apartment and turned on in the townhouse. I wasn't able to move in that day because the ceiling caved in at the new place. and I had no place to stay but my sisters house. So I was going to stay with her until the townhouse was ready. I stayed with my sister for about a week and each time I would go get clothes from the apartment, roaches would be crawling all over my hands when I would unlock the door. On the outside!!. That's gross!! They stay away when you live there (somewhat) but as soon as you leave they swarm your apartment?! That's not right! I got my kids and my stuff out of this apartment ASAP!! Don't waste your money.
