My experience here at 1 Park Rd has been amazing the staff and the tenants are very friendly. I’ve been living here at 1 park rd for about 2 years now and I’ve been very impressed with the staff and tenants and how everyone comes together. It is also quiet and everyone is to themselves no one bothers you. Which is a plus I like to live in private. Thank you for the opportunity and being so welcoming.

It’s been refreshing to call One Park home these past few years. The team is wonderful and everyone is always very helpful. The spaces are beautiful and well maintained. I can grab a coffee and take a comfortable walk outside. They host seasonal events for residents which are always fun and full of friendly faces. Nothing compares to the vibe here.

A great building to live in. Building is always kept very clean and in good repair. The maintenance crew is phenomenal and prompt! The gym is very clean and full of. A myriad of options. The pool is wonderful and the rooftop tables and grills are a great additin

Everything is still really good. Property is well maintained. Nice amenities. Some residents don't follow the rules and are inconsiderate, but I suppose that is expected unfortunately. Overall I enjoy living at One Park.

Just like to say that living at one Park apartments in West Hartford has been a very enjoyable experience. The maintenance and staff are very polite and very professional when I put in maintenance request they get done promptly. It is great to have all the amenities like the gym, the pool and the rooftop, especially I would give one Park staffing an eight minus on the great work. They do keep up the great work and more people should move in.

Good experience! Good amenities - pool, pool table, pickleball court, ping pong table. Also free coffee in the lobby. Firepit area and a rooftop balcony also fun for summer nights!

Office staff is very nice and amenities are amazing. Closets are a little bit small, however and I wish the storage unit is on site were cheaper

Great new building with solid amenities and helpful management. Pool, gym, pickleball court, ample parking with ev chargers, pet spa, rooftop lounge. The building is clean and well maintained.

Professional and Caring Staff

My mother lives here and, although she is an elderly woman, the staff has made it very easy for her to have as much independence as possible. Stephanie, Danna, Ashley, and Carol are very professional, caring, responsive, and patient. The maintenance crew is also very professional. My mother feels safe and she is very comfortable living here.
