The management treats you pathetic and rude. The worst place to ever live, no bet the price is excellent but I would never suggest anyone to live here. The hallways smell and it always takes two to three reminders for anything to be fixed in the apartment. Wish I could rate 0.

University Circle is great for students or families on a budget. The rent is cheap, and water is only $8 a month. The units are unfurnished which allows you to decorate your place according to your style, and they're pet friendly! There is ample parking and guests don't have to fear being towed. UC is within walking distance to the University of Toledo campus, which is great for those who can't afford a parking pass! issue. All in all a great place to live if you're not looking to spend $1000 a month on a furnished apartment with all of the fancy amenities.
